Every year, I repost this for my great Dad that I miss every single day.

As the 10-year anniversary of my father’s passing comes and goes, I have been thinking a lot about him and of the legacy he left behind. To say that he was my role model and hero seems trite — everyone says that about their father (if they are fortunate enough to have a strong man in their life to lead them into adulthood as I did). Toni, I had a Sicilian dad, too…12 years and, like you, miss him terribly every single day…Miss being his only and only darling daughter…
Your Father would be proud…and I hope my would be, too.
Un abbraccio.
Hey Victoria. Thanks! Big hugs back. When are you coming to Umbria again? t
Ciao Toni! Returning in September with a small group from 9/27-10/7. We’re staying in Montefalco and toodling around lovely Umbria. I have a Puglia group right after & am working to get more guests for that.
I’m happy for you that you seem to be thriving in Italy? I’m still waiting for my dual citizenship (paperwork is sitting in backed-up LA Consulate!) & not sure if I would re-locate or not? We shall see!
In meantime, working on developing a “mobile” income stream! Would love to “brainstorm” with you sometime about how you make it work…maybe Skype or off line?
Grazie & buona giornata!
